Try Athlon

Thanks in large part to Jon Rosso tugging and pulling me through it and the cheers of Alan, Jim, Sonja and Connor, I survived the Montclair triathlon today. I totally stank - the swim killed me. But the support and cheers of my friends and loved ones carried me through. I am hooked. I am going to work on the swim and do another one in the next few months.

I will post some pictures in the next few days. In the meantime, enjoy this pic of Rocky and I am getting ready for our first combined test - a kind of horsey triathlon.
